From June 8 to June 12, 2026, Samyon Team welcomed representatives from Bauer Group Indonesia to our factory in Nanjing for a technical training and exchange activity. As a valuable customer and long-term partner of Samyon, Bauer was invited primarily for specialized training and technical discussions focused on equipment maintenance and after-sales repair this time.
On the afternoon of June 9, the Bauer Group arrived in Nanjing. Led by Wendy Li, the visitors toured company’s production workshop, spare parts processing workshop, 3D printing studio and after-sale service and maintenance workshop. This visit showed customers with a direct understanding of Samyon’s production and technical capabilities.
On the morning of June 10, a specialized technical training session was conducted by Samyon’s technical department, led by Ethan Yang and Damon Li. The training focused on the application of ultrasonic technology in borehole and diaphragm wall inspection, as well as equipment maintenance and after-sales repair. Following the theoretical training, Samyon conducted practical demonstrations at factory testing base. This demon test was mainly about the operation of 8860 Drillhole Quality Tester and the Sediment Thickness Tester, as well as corresponding software analysis procedures. After testing, Bauer expressed satisfaction with the demonstration results and showed strong interests in the sediment thickness testing system.
Later that afternoon, engineers from after-sales service department addressed an equipment issue list released by Bauer one by one. The chief maintenance engineer, Mr. Wang, gave a detailed explanation of troubleshooting and debugging procedures for different components, helping customers further understand the key skills involved in equipment maintenance.
After a full day of training, Samyon also prepared a halal dinner in consideration of dietary requirements of Bauer team, as a gesture of warm hospitality to our guests.
On June 11, Mr. Ethan accompanied Bauer delegation on a one-day trip to Shanghai. The group visited Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, the Bund, Yu Garden, and the City God Temple, experiencing several of Shanghai's most well-known landmarks and urban scenery. After completing this day's activities, the group returned safely to their hotel in Nanjing at around 8:00 p.m.
This training and exchange program not only strengthened technical cooperation between Samyon and Bauer Group, but also further reinforced friendly relationship between two parties. Going forward, Samyon will continue to uphold its commitment to professional service and provide customers worldwide with reliable technical support and practical solutions.
