From June 13 to June 25, 2026, Samyon Team visited Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam, to carry out technical exchanges, on-site testing and customer visits.
During this visit, Samyon Team worked at several customer construction sites and conducted CSL testing using the 2-channel system, LPT pile integrity testing, and borehole verticality testing by the Ultrasonic Drillhole Monitor. Our team also visited both new and existing customers in Vietnam to discuss equipment performance and usage, obtained a better understanding of practical engineering requirements and customer feedback, and provided technical guidance on equipment operation, testing procedures and data analysis. All the technical exchange activities were successfully completed.
On June 14, 2026, Samyon technical team worked at a construction site in Ho Chi Minh city with local customers. We carried out pile integrity testing on site by the 2-channel CSL system and wireless LPT system. Through on-site tests, our customers verified test results and equipment performance. The stable wireless data transmission performance of LPT system was highly appraised by our customers.
 

Later that afternoon, our team headed to another construction site and used UDM system to test an existing borehole. Both down test and up test were carried out. And the testing results showed that the hole had a diameter of 1m and a depth of 30m. Its verticality met construction requirements, allowing the subsequent construction work.
 

From June 15 to June 20, Samyon team visited several customers in Ho Chi Minh city. During this meeting, our customers shared their experience using Samyon instruments in actual engineering projects and raised several technical questions. Through in-depth discussions with them, Samyon team obtained a better understanding of local market requirements and received positive feedback regarding equipment performance and technical support.
 

From June 22 to June 25, Samyon Team visited Hanoi and met with several existing customers who had previously purchased HPT and PS Logging System. During meeting, our team gained a detailed understanding of customers’ practical requirements in engineering applications, including equipment usage, challenges encountered on site and data analysis methods. In response to customers’ questions, Mr. Robin and Mr. Ethan from Samyon technical team gave detailed explanations and exchanged experience with customers regarding equipment applications. Our customers expressed their recognition of continuous technical supports and professional services provided by Samyon.
 

This visit to Vietnam further strengthened communication and cooperation between SAMYON and customers. It also enabled our team to gain a deeper understanding of customers’ practical application requirements in engineering projects, providing valuable experience for further product improvements and technical services.
