3. It is easy to cause the failure of stirring main engine. For the mixing of materials with different properties, weights and mix proportions, the main stirring engine has obvious differences in some important parameter settings, such as mixing duration, mixing speed, etc, if the parameters of these stirring engines are changed at will, the phenomenon that the stirring shaft is damaged due to too fast stirring speed and the stirring shaft is damaged due to too long stirring time will occur. 4. It is easy to damage the stability of materials stored in the cement bin. For finished concrete products that have reached the standard of production, they need to be stored in bulk cement warehouses or flaky cement warehouses of different tonnage. But in the process of storage, we must pay attention to the speed of the inlet and outlet, and whether the inlet and outlet are blocked or not, and the ash cleaning operation on the top of the cement bin, etc, these all need professional staff to complete the operation. If it is operated by non-professional staff at will, it is easy to show off at the inlet and outlet, the phenomenon that the stability of stored materials in the cement bin is affected by too much damage of concrete ash on the top of the cement bin.
