Concrete mixing station meets the basic standard of environmental assessment
At present, there are many users who want to invest in concrete mixing station. However, in recent years, the environmental protection situation is getting worse year by year, and those that do not meet the requirements of environmental protection standards are ordered to be closed or dismantled directly, manufacturers and investors also worry about this.
But now, if you want to build a station at the forefront, the first thing you need to do is to meet the requirements of the EIA and obtain the qualification of the EIA. The standards that meet the requirements of basic environmental assessment include the following aspects
The environmental protection bureau evaluates and examines the environmental assessment of the mixing station from the aspects of noise, dust, solid waste, a small amount of sewage, waste gas and other pollutants.
First, noise environmental assessment standards. Reduce noise as much as possible in the production process, take night construction as the criterion, and night construction is not allowed without approval.
Second, dust environmental assessment standards. Dust is the "severely afflicted area" of the commercial mixing station. It is required that the sand and gravel silo and cement silo should be equipped with packaging and dust removal devices, and water sprinkling devices should be installed, especially when the weather is hot, in addition, it is necessary to harden or sprinkle water on the road of the commercial and mixed station, and place the vehicles driving dust.
Third, the environmental assessment standard of solid waste. Solid waste mainly refers to the waste soil, garbage and the dust of the Flushing tank car, the waste soil and garbage are backfilled, and the dust of the Flushing tank car is separated by sand and gravel for recycling.
Fourth, the waste gas environmental assessment standard of commercial concrete mixing station. Exhaust gas mainly refers to automobile exhaust and domestic garbage, etc. All the green belts need to be built around the commercial mixing station.
Fifth, the sewage environmental assessment standard of commercial concrete station. Domestic sewage, production waste water, car washing waste water, fertilizer use or forest irrigation after dry toilet maintenance and collection will not cause pollution to the environment.
Only when the above basic standards are met can we consider letting the Environmental Protection Department do the environmental assessment test. However, when all aspects of environmental protection meet the customs clearance standards and these procedures are completed, users who want to build the station can do it safely. Otherwise, sooner or later, they will still be investigated for three days or two ends or be forced to stop work directly, which really outweighs their losses.
