SSY Hydraulic Double Cylinder Static Penetrator adopts the advantages and characteristics of similar products at home and abroad, with novel design and advanced oil circuit. The whole structure is portable, small in size, large in output, stable and reliable in performance, convenient in use and fast in testing. This enterprise has been put into production for more than 20 years. At present, SSY type hydraulic double cylinder static detector has six specifications and models. The product covers all provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China and has been widely used.
This machine is composed of three parts: penetration car, power car and probe car (including probe, anchor and reactor). During static detection test, the three parts are connected to the whole machine through high-pressure hose of hydraulic transmission system, so it is called bulk static cone detector.
Each independent part is small in size, light in weight and compact in structure. It can be pulled and transported separately by special forklift trucks and can pass freely in narrow lanes of 0.9m wide.
Adopt high-strength plug-in stick, stick firmly, avoid slipping and sticking defect detection rod phenomenon.
The differential oil circuit is set up, which can realize quick recovery and quick dialing rod, and further improve efficiency.
Hydraulic system uses advanced multi-way valves, small size, easy installation and maintenance, good pressure overload characteristics, low pressure loss.
