    PY-5A pre-drilling pressure gauge was jointly developed by Changzhou Architectural Design Institute in the late 1970s. The instrument was co-chaired by the Ministry of Construction Design Bureau and Jiangsu Provincial Construction Bureau in July 1980.     1. The high-precision and non-gas-consuming pressure regulating valve makes the pressurization process more precise, stable and intuitive, thus ensuring the accuracy of the test data.
    2. The unique water circulation system design greatly accelerates the water injection and return water process of the pressure divider, greatly shortens the test time, improves the working efficiency, and effectively improves the control precision of the water volume of the instrument.
    3. The pressure regulator adopts a three-chamber structure consisting of a measuring medium cavity and two protective chambers. The function of the protection cavity is to extend the length of the test layer of the hole wall; support the expansion of the measurement cavity, reduce the influence of the end of the measurement cavity, and make the measurement cavity generate uniform pressure on the hole wall, thereby simplifying the complex spatial strain to Approximate plane strain state. Moreover, the three-chamber pressure reducer has a uniform pressure throughout the entire length, and can effectively measure the actual pressure of the middle cavity, and the operation of filling and degassing is relatively simple.
    4. The new generation AP type pressure regulator adopts a new design. Compared with the previous generation AP type pressure regulator, the soil layer is wider, and the damage probability of the elastic film is small. When using this type of pressure divider test, after the test is over, Just press the pressure regulating valve and the water in the pressure regulator will quickly return to the measuring tube. When the pressure is near the zero position, the pressure regulator can be lifted, so that when the next point is tested, There is no need to refill the water, which shortens the preparation time of the next test point and greatly improves the efficiency of the site.
    5. The catheter adopts a custom 3-color multi-beam tube. The inner tube is made of imported PA-11 fiber (high-pressure resistant material). It has the advantages of high pressure resistance, small volume change, and low temperature resistance. The outer skin is polyurethane. Wear and shock resistance. The pipe connection is connected by a ferrule seal, which is easy to install and has good sealing.
    6. Cooperate with the special hole-forming composite drilling tool for the side pressure test developed by our factory, which can greatly improve the inconvenience of the hole pressure test into the hole. The composite drill has a reamer and a test hole formed into a hole drill. The guide hole and the test hole can be completed in one drilling, which can improve the drilling efficiency and avoid the disturbance of the hole wall by repeated lifting, improve the quality of the hole and ensure the test data.
