JC-2A Continuously Variable Winch

Summary
   JC-2A continuously variable winch is used in geophysical, hydrological, coalfield logging operations to complete lifting and lowering logging tools and cables tasks portable equipment, it can be widely used in all kinds of logging instruments.
 
I. Main technical features
1. When the winch using WTQEF seven-core cable (Φ11.3 mm), it can be used for shallow wells within 250 m of the job; when using YHK-4 armored four-core cable (Φ4.76 mm), it can be used within 1500 m the deep job.
2. The winch use the mechanical chain drive, the structure is compact, use the frequency converter to control the motor speed, realize stepless speed regulation.
3. The winch collector rings with four core output can be used to detect a variety of logging and transmission of technical data.
4. The winch mainly made by the rack, roller, motor, reducer, control boxes and other components, with small size, light weight, easy to operate and so on the characteristic.
