    This series of electro-hydraulic servo static and dynamic universal testing machine can be widely used in aerospace, ship, military, locomotive, automobile, atomic energy, scientific research institutes, higher education and other fields.

    Product Application

    • This series of electro-hydraulic servo static and dynamic universal testing machine is mainly used for dynamic and static mechanical properties testing of materials and components, including tensile, compression, low cycle and high cycle fatigue tests of materials and components. It can be used for crack propagation fracture mechanics of various materials and various other mechanical tests by configuring corresponding accessories and test software. The test clamp can be adjusted to perform dynamic and static tests on various non-metallic materials and components.

     Main Feature

    1. The mainframe is a double-column or four-column frame structure, and the outer surface of the column is treated with electroplated hard chrome to improve corrosion resistance.

    2. The beam is hydraulically lifted, hydraulically clamped, and elastically loosened. The clamping cylinder adopts the module design, and the sealing component adopts imported American Parker products to ensure the long-term operation and reliability of the testing machine.

    3. The servo valve uses a high-response servo valve for the test machine.

    4. The unitized, standardized, modular design of the servo linear actuator features low damping, high response, high life and large clearance design.

    5. The sealing elements of the servo linear actuators all use high-speed sealing components for imported German servo actuators.

    6. The support of the servo linear actuator piston rod breaks the traditional design, adopts non-metal support and large clearance design, and has the characteristics of high speed non-sintering and self-lubricating.

    7. The hydraulic linear buffer is designed for the amplitude limit position of the servo linear actuator to avoid damage caused by running out of control.

    8. The hydraulic forcing chuck and the servo linear actuator are connected to the screw to design a prestressed ring to further improve the dynamic response performance.

    9. The pumping station is developed and manufactured using mature modular modular technology and equipped with the Japanese NACHI low noise linear conjugate internal gear pump.

    10. Forced hydraulic chucks are open (500kN and below) or closed (1000kN and above) chucks. The clamping specimens are convenient and reliable, and the clamps are easy to disassemble.

    11. The control system uses a fully digital electro-hydraulic servo closed-loop control system.

    12. Safety protection device: It has protection functions such as test force overload, over setting, power failure, liquid level, oil temperature and oil filter blockage.
